Returns & Exchanges



We accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.


To be eligible for a return:


  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Item must be unopened for safety reasons
  • Proof of purchase is required




 Opened Tea Products



Due to food safety and quality standards, we cannot accept returns on opened tea products.


This ensures every customer receives products that are fresh, safe, and uncompromised.



Damaged or Incorrect Orders



If your order arrives:


  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect



Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.



Refunds



Once your return is received and inspected:


  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days
