Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or high-volume periods.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Root + Rested is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:
- Please check with neighbors or your local carrier
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
Root + Rested is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
